All of our products are made to order and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, with shipping times depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your treats in transit. Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for wrong size or buyer’s remorse.
But! If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective—we’ve got you. Just email us a photo and description within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Wrong Address?
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, we can help re-ship your order, but additional shipping charges may apply.
